Bounty Hunter: Knockout Tournament with Bots and 91% RTP
The Winning Poker Network continues to experiment with poker formats: the Poker Races lobby now has a Bounty Hunter tab with a new tournament that looks more like a casino than poker.
Bounty Hunter is a 110,000-player knockout tournament with a jackpot, played by bots instead of real people. There are no guarantees in the tournament, and prizes are awarded in two ways:
- For knocking out opponents with a bot. Standard system for PKO: 50% bounty on the score, 50% added to the reward for the knockout.
- For two collected flushes, a share of the jackpot is awarded. The higher the flush, the higher the payout.
How to participate:
- Choose a buy-in or "cost" for the bot ($1, $5, $10, $25 or $100), the price affects the payout. The maximum is $1,000,000.
- Choose one of three tournaments.
After selecting a bot, its scratch card appears (with erasable fields, like on a lottery ticket). Then two actions are available:
- You can clear any of the fields (or all at once) and view the results.
- If you are interested in watching the bot play, the Watch button leads to a menu for viewing all of its hands in the tournament.

The poker room claims that the player gets back 91% of each purchased card over the long term: 86% in the form of bounties and 5% in jackpot payouts. For comparison: slots usually return 95-97%.
