Ultimate Tournament: 10,000 Guaranteed Freeroll
On April 19, TON Poker will host a free tournament with a prize pool of $10,000. There is no direct buy-in: you can qualify for the final using daily satellites starting March 17, which start every half hour.
A satellite ticket will cost 100 gems or diamonds. This is a new currency that is awarded for active play in cash games.
The room plans to credit 300 gems to each player's balance – this will allow them to try their luck in satellites three times. Additional gems are credited for each raked distribution. The higher the limit, the greater the bonus:
- Low (0.02/0.05 – 0.1/0.25) – 2 gems
- Mid (0.25/0.5 – 1/2) — 10 gems
- High (2/5 – 5/10) — 46 gems
Why do you need gems?
The new currency will be used not only in satellites. On the final day, you can significantly increase your chances of getting into the money – you can immediately get a double stack or rebuy for gems. Their number is not limited, so it will not be difficult to spin up with a stock of gems. A good reason to grind in cash! One rebuy will cost 4,040 gems.
The organizers also plan to give tasks for gems in the Telegram channel.
The amount of gems is displayed at the top of the lobby, above the deposit buttons.
New Fast Poker Tables
In April, TON Poker will introduce fast poker tables. The rules are standard: immediately after the cards are folded, the next hand begins at another table. Initially, NL5 tables will be launched instead of regular ones, then the organizers plan to evaluate feedback from players and gradually add new limits.
The rake at fast tables will be the same as at regular tables.
Weekly Rake Races from GipsyTeam
Until April 11, TON Poker continues its exclusive rake race "Unsuited Weeks". Points are awarded for playing at the Hold'em and Omaha tables. For 1 rake, 1 point is awarded, and there will be two leaderboards, at the following limits:
- Mid: 0.02/0.05 — 0.1/0.25
- High: 0.25/0.5 —- 1/2
The race consists of 4 qualifying weeks (GMT time). There will be a 24-hour break between races.
- March 12 (00:00) – March 19 (23:59)
- March 20 (00:00) – March 27 (23:59)
- March 28 (0:00) – April 4 (23:59)
- April 5 (00:00) – April 11 (23:59)
Prizes for the top 5 of each leaderboard are paid out within 2-3 days after the end of the qualifying week.
