— "Any love for bumhunters?" Grazvydas asked at the height of the battle between BERRI SWEET and Sanita55. "I love bumhunting and sneaking into the games with the biggest whales."

— If you share graphs, I suspect you have millions in winnings from getting in these games then mega NVG (News, Videos and Gossip) love will be coming," one user replied. "I bet you made millions."

— Someone just needed to ask I like to pretend I am humble and don't brag.

Grazvydas highlighted the amount of rake paid at the 100/200 limit: It's 20000/53286*100= 37$/100 hands, or 0.185bb/100 rake.

Any GG crushers would like to share their graphs of how much money they make in a 6bb/100 rake environment?

— Are you happy to share what tools and study methods etc you use Grazvydas?

— All commercially available tools, but being able to be much more efficient with it.

And having a mindset of "investment and positioning"

I can relate to bumhunters much more than to people that choose to play break even games, even if they are being celebrated. (Like being a hu or 3-handed battler and playing equally strong opponents at 10k stakes, and skipping on juicy games)

— How many hours do/did you study and play a day on average?

— Maybe 8 hours a day, but it only includes playing 4h a day.

Had to invest energy to be able to open sit the tables, so my other 4 hours that I am not playing I can just lay on a coach and watch TV/sports with laptop on my chest. (Much more nice than having to sit by the PC and scan the lobbies for games starting)

Study maybe 30min/day on average. However I used to have people to prepare me material/presentations, so that 30min is higher quality material/dense.

— Any graphs from PokerStars or CoinPoker?

Initially, Grazvydas responded evasively:

— I am undecided if my favorite site is ACR or partypoker (though Partypoker doesn't offer HS tables anymore)

Days later, he ended up showing his results on PokerStars throughout his career.

The chart was accompanied by a comment: "To inspire some 18y olds grinding out PLO/NL 50$. Stars where was the best action back when I started playing."

— Did you change anything in your study/playing approach when you started winning from 800,000 hands?

— I transitioned from zoom format, to regular tables, and enjoyed the slower pace much more.

There would be like 15 tables too choose from at 1/2 – 2/4, then I would just try to 4-6 table the highest ev ones, and be much more conscious/aware about my decisions.

It's rare that I would play more than 4 tables throughout my career, I always preferred a slower pace, and I think that allowed me to improve much more.

Also, if you happen to move up from 2/4 to 10/20-25/50, that's like 10x the stakes, and lower rake, but the game is v similar. Most of the games evolve around -30+bb/100 players at the table.

— Just curious if there is a table with omaha4rollz and one fish, would you sit in and play?

— if you mean EEE27, yes he can come play 3 handed with us and we can keep it going for a while.

A docu-series about poker players written by Miikka Anttonen has released a new episode featuring one of the world's strongest Omaha players Eelis «EEE27» Pärssinen.

— What do you think about Linus PLO game both HU and 3 handed +? I remember he played you guys on CP a while ago and run pretty bad.

— When NL guys transition to PLO, my experience with them is pretty polarizing, they are either slow to catch up and make obvious "non PLO mistakes" and hold no heat, or they bring all the heat and you know you need to level up and learn a few things because you playing someone smart. Linus is in 2nd category in PLO for sure, idk NL.

The exact results of these battles are unknown. Many on the forums still mock them, calling them a "make-believe game." There are rumors that some professionals have had trouble receiving their winnings.

Timofey Kuznetsov, commenting on one of the Triton series, avoided answering directly about the payment problems:

I prefer not to comment. Sometimes players come to specific agreements that satisfy everyone. But if made public, they might seem questionable to some. Since we agreed, there is no point in revealing it. There was a good expensive game, but the conditions for regulars have gotten worse, so almost no one plays there anymore.

Still, action at high-end tables continues to crop up occasionally. A few days ago, Chattahoochee won a pot worth over $500k at the $1k/$2k table.

Founded in 2017, CoinPoker is a cryptocurrency-only online poker room supported in several languages including; English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese. While CoinPoker doesn’t prohibit users from any specific country, users are advised to ensure that the country they are residing in allows online gambling.

In April 2021, ACR CEO Phil Nagy posted a screenshot of a $200/$400 PLO table on Twitter.

He wondered why a player would sit with over a million at one of ACR's tables.

It seems that Phil didn't know that there were 7 Day No Rathole tables in his room . At these tables, you are only allowed to sit with 10BB ($4,000), and if you finish in the positive, your stack will carry over until the next session.

Grazvis commented:

To reach zero stack, you had to not play for seven days in a row. At the time, people said I made a million in 7 days. It wasn't quite like that; the climb took a few months. When I reached $1 million, I wanted to reach zero stack and I only had two options: 1) Not play for seven days. 2) Play heads-up with omaha4rollz (and he would do it for me).

These feats caught Avrora's attention:

PLO40k is particularly impressive (there is only one table on ACR, with a 10BB buy-in, but the stack is preserved for a week). Strong regulars build up huge stacks (over 1000bb) and hold them for months or even years, gradually "cleaning out" those sitting at 10BB.

In other words, Grazvis played 80k hands and won 2.5kk EV at a single table, is this a record in the entire history of poker?

In March of this year, Grazvydas opened a thread on 2+2, offering coaching in exchange for profit:

Hello 2p2 community,

Grazvydas here, or Grazvis1 (PS)

You guys probably have seen me in the PLO lobbies, playing 5k-20k stakes, but let me briefly introduce myself still:

I am 28y years old, and have been playing online poker since I was ~19y. I moved up to 5k PLO around 7 years ago, and had stable success at those stakes ever since.

I still enjoy playing poker, and every aspect of the game, I think I will keep going for a while still.

I have always had friends to talk poker hands with, and talk poker related things, I find it pretty rewarding.

So I figured, I would like to post a thread here, for people to be able to reach out for coaching/collaboration.

I would describe my communication/thought process style as: information seeking, and trying to create a feedback loop, curiosity. I like to put myself into situations for high quality inputs/outputs, so it’s rewarding for all parties.

I would like to find people that are trying to make a career of this “playing poker” thing, and who are here for a while, so if you think you would enjoy this occupation for next 5-10 years, then we are probably on same time frame (I am just narrowing it down to the mindset I am looking for, not that the coaching would commit to 5 year period)

In my mind, the ideal candidates would be young people that have aptitude for studying the game, and that are currently playing 200-600 PLO, so hopefully we could work our way to 5k stakes.

But if you feel like you are a right candidate even if you aren’t quite into the above thresholds, don’t hesitate to reach out, I am happy to chat.

I would be looking to make a CFP (coach for profits) deal, as I think that aligns the incentives better, and that incentivizes the coach to improve the student’s game as much as possible, instead of hourly that just incentivized the coach to sell as many hours as possible.

If you are interested in writing a DM, could you please include:

(1) The results for the past year
(2) Brief personal background (age, study, sports? Interest? Anything you could think of that’s interesting here)
(3) What are your goals?
(4) What do you think has been holding you back? What is required for you to reach your goals?
(5) Could you please share alternative ways for reach out, like Skype/Discord/Telegram/email. I am not sure how smooth the 2p2 DMs are.

Regards,

Grazvydas

In June, Grazvis paused student recruitment:

— Hey guys, recently I have received quite a few DMs for coaching from this thread. But I have had a lack of motivation for playing and working, so firstly I need to figure out even if I would be able to do acceptable coaching. So apologies for people who I haven't responded. Once I get back my motivation to get back into it I will go back and check out all the DMs and try to pick the best candidates.
