GGPoker
Tracker T&Cs Update + Battle Royale is Now Mystery Format
Last Friday, GGPoker updated the rules section of its Safety and Environmental Policy. The clause about prohibited tools during the game is supplemented with the phrase “ <...> tools or services that are not supported or do not interact with GGPoker during the game are not prohibited .”
In practice, this means that all trackers, such as Hand2Note, Holdem Manager 3 and Poker Tracker 4, are allowed to be used in other rooms with an open GGPoker client and other storefronts on the network.
Mystery Battle Royale. Previously, the format was called Battle Royale, and 2,000 were up for grabs on the daily leaderboard. The tournament now takes place in two rounds, with 18 players participating instead of 30:
- Rush poker stage – 10 minutes until the top 9 are determined
- Final table 9-max Mystery Bounty format
In the top 3 prizes, a jackpot may appear as a bounty, which depends on the buy-in:
- Tournaments for $1, $3, and $10 – x10,000
- For $0.25 – x20,000
The Action Daily Race leaderboard guarantee is now 10,000. Points are awarded only at the first stage (Rush): 1 for a fold, 3 for a call, and 5 for a bet or raise, but no more than 20 per hand. From 6 to 8 am GMT, you can earn double points.
Limits | Prizes | Prize places |
---|---|---|
10 | 6,000 | 40 |
3 | 2,550 | 60 |
1 | 1,000 | 100 |
0.25 | 450 | 160 |
Prizes are paid in Mystery Bounty Royale tickets.
New satellite style. You can now win a ticket to a more expensive tournament unusually: by reaching the specified stack in a satellite. In this case, the player is removed from the table with his stack (the surplus is evenly distributed among the participants in the final hand)
These satellites prompt you with notifications about new winners and the number of remaining tickets in the upper right corner. After all tickets have been drawn, the tournament ends.
Changes to Short Deck. The changes are aimed at speeding up the game: the minimum buy-in size has been reduced from 50 to 40 big blinds, and decisions must be made without a time bank. Other changes:
- Straddles removed
- 5-max tables were replaced with 6-max
- You can remove chips from the stack to the cash register when you reach 40BB (previously – 100BB)
Other client updates:
- When you register late for an MTT, the size of the starting stack is now displayed in the current blinds.
- If you have refused to register for a tournament using a ticket, and it can no longer be used, a notification will appear in the app.
- The “+” button for landing at additional tables in the cache will not be active if there are not enough funds in the account.
The room also reduced the minimum deposit amount via USDC to 10 (from 50) and added USDT TRC-20 for withdrawal (deposit not available).
10,000,000 in Promotions and Leaderboards in April
The basic rules for scoring leaderboard points remain the same, but the guarantees have changed in only two formats. In the Short deck, they give $10,000 instead of $5,000, and Battle Royale (now with the Mystery format) the leaderboard has five times more – $10,000 instead of $2,000.

WPT Global Won't Take MTT Rake in April
For the entire month of April, WPT Global takes no commission on multi-table tournaments! At the same time, the buy-ins will remain the same, it’s just that the standard 10% is not withheld from them, and all the money is sent to the prize fund. This is a great reason to try a new room if you need a new place to play MTTs.
Some tournaments will still have rake (for example, private or online qualifiers for live series), so it’s a good idea to check the tournament lobby before registering.
