Rake races are a good way to win more, especially if you focus on one poker room. They allow you to only compete for prizes, but also win back a deposit bonus or raise levels in a loyalty program. But in reality, the biggest rewards are often taken by grinders who know how to play back thousands of distances.
It turns out, this isn't always the case! We came up with a "Step Races", where even a player in 20th, 30th or 45th place will have a chance to win a prize. In April and May, new races can be tried out on CoinPoker, 1win, and VangPoker.
How Poker Step Races Work
In classic rake races, rewards are given to players who have accumulated the maximum number of points. The more points, the more valuable the prize. All of our races will have 15 prize places.

In step races, the structure remains, with additional prizes for the top 45 participants. There are four such prizes in total, and each is played out among a certain group of players. For example, one of the participants in the race who takes place from 36 to 45 will receive 50 USD, and from 1 to 15 – 200 USD.

- 26-35 — $100
- 36-45 — $50
Thus, if you fail to get into the top, you still have a chance to win a prize. The drawing takes place after the end of the race.
In mid-April, new races will start in three rooms at once: CoinPoker, 1win, and VangPoker.
$3,000 Every 10 Days on CoinPoker
On CoinPoker, the “Chances Are Growing” step race starts on April 15 and will run every 10 days.
Points are counted from 3:00 Moscow time, and as soon as one race ends, a new one starts immediately. For example, the first race will run from 3:00 April 15 to 3:00 April 25, the next stage from 3:00 April 25 to 3:00 May 5, and so on.
The promotion is not divided into limits and formats: one point in the leaderboard is awarded for 1 USD of rake paid at any tables.
How to participate:

2. Input your CoinPoker nickname in the form on the promotion page (you must be logged in to GipsyTeam).
You can also find out your position in the leaderboard on the promotion page. Prizes are paid out within 2-3 days after the end of the scoring period.
$3,000 Per Month on 1win
A similar race will be held on 1win poker from April 17 to May 16. Here, a prize pool of $3,000 will be played out over one month.
For every dollar of rake, one point goes to the leaderboard. Tournaments, cash, fast poker and Sit&Go are taken into account. The scoring period starts at GMT midnight and ends at the same time on May 16.
Registration for the race is not required, all accounts created through GipsyTeam automatically participate in it.
$3,000 Per Month at VangPoker
A similar step race will be held at VangPoker from April 21 to May 20. For every dollar of rake, one point goes to the leaderboard, any formats and limits are counted. The scoring period ends at 16:00 GMT time on May 20.
No registration required, all accounts created through GipsyTeam participate.
