Just as the Las Vegas leg of the World Series of Poker wraps up, GGPoker is hosting its online version: over $65,000,000 will be up for grabs at WSOP Online from August 18 to September 30.
The schedule includes 33 bracelet events in Hold'em, Omaha, and Short Deck with buy-ins ranging from $215 to $25,000.
Notable Tournaments:
- 9 multi-day events with guarantees exceeding $1,000,000
- Mystery Millions for $215 with a $10,000,000 prize pool and a top bounty of $1,000,000!
- Millionaire Maker with a $1,500 buy-in: $5,000,000 guaranteed, and the winner gets $1,000,000.
- Flip & Go for $100 with a $1,000,000 guarantee and Flip & Go rules
- $10,300 GGMillion$ High Rollers with a $10,000,000 prize pool
The second day of the Main Event will take place on September 23 at 18:00 GMT, with a $5,000 buy-in and a $25,000,000 prize pool. There will also be a mini version of the event for $500 with a $2,500,000 guarantee (Day 2 on September 2 at 18:00).
Flipout Tournaments with $3,000,000
Each bracelet event will have its own freeroll, starting one hour after the main event ends. The freeroll is in a flipout format, meaning all participants are automatically all-in on every hand.
Players are divided into 4 regions: North and South America, Europe, the Mediterranean (including all African countries), and Asia. The freeroll is open to all players who:
- Participated in the bracelet event or satellite
- Belong to the same region as the event winner
The starting stack in the flipout for satellite and step participants will be smaller. A total of $3,000,000 will be distributed across 33 freerolls.
$1,000,000 Freerolls
An additional 10 freerolls have been prepared for players from countries that win the most bracelets.
The top 3 players in each tournament contribute points to their country’s leaderboard. The ten countries with the highest points will receive a freeroll, which will take place after the series ends on October 5. Participation is open to all players from the corresponding country who participated in a bracelet event or its satellite.
